"Cute stuff, but the fit was disappointing"
I ordered from sunandmoo.com because the clothes looked really cute in the pictures, but once they showed up, the fit just wasn’t what I expected. The wording on the site made it sound like the pieces would be more relaxed and easy to wear, but that felt a little misleading to me.

The top was tighter around the arms than I thought it would be, and after wearing it for a bit, the fabric didn’t feel as comfortable as I hoped. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely wasn’t something I’d grab from my closet a lot.

I think the sizing and descriptions could be way clearer, especially for the price. I wanted to like everything more, but based on how it was described, I was expecting a better fit and feel

"Pretty good for the price"
I ordered from Sunandmoo it turned out better than I expected. The item looked close to the pictures and didn’t have that cheap feel, which was my main worry becuase you never really know when ordering online.
Shipping wasn’t super quick or anything, but it arrived fine and was packed okay. For what I paid, I feel like it was worth it overall. Not perfect, but I’d probly order again if I found something else I liked.

"Return felt like the rules kept changing"
Returning this was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I ordered the wrong size and figured an exchange would be straightforward, but the emails took forever and every time I thought I understood the next step, there was suddenly another requirement or different instruction.

By the time someone finally got back to me properly, I was over it and just wanted a refund. It really felt like the goalposts kept moving the whole time, and it wasn’t worth the stress. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I was confused when my order showed up. The website made it look one way in the photos, but what arrived looked totally different. I kept checking the listing because I thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but the pictures really didn’t match what I got.

"Fast shipping, but the updates were a bit confusing"
My order from sunandmoo.com actually shipped faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking did update and it showed up within a few days, just one day later than the first estimate, so that part wasn’t a big deal. I was a little annoyed though because the communication wasn’t super clear, and I wasn’t totally sure when to expect it until the tracking finally made sense. Overall, I’m happy with the shipping speed, but the updates could’ve been clearer

"Cute set, but the sizing didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to love this because the style is cute and the quality seemed decent when it arrived. But the sizing was way off for me. I ordered my usual size from sunandmoo.com and even measured myself before buying, but the fit didn’t match the chart at all. The top was really tight, while the bottoms were oddly loose in places. Maybe I got an off batch or something, but it was frustrating. Nice design, just not reliable sizing in my experience.

My delivery just never arrived, and I didn’t get any updates about what was going on. I kept waiting around with no clear answer, which was really frustrating. If this is how orders are going to be handled, I’m seriously thinking about taking my business somewhere else.

A friend actually recommended the site to me, and I can see why they liked the idea behind it. Some of the colors are really cute, and there are a few parts that feel modern and fun, but the overall design came across a bit messy to me.
I had a hard time following the layout in a couple of places, and it didn’t feel as polished as I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, but I do think it could look a lot more put together.

"Nice site, but the prices felt off"
I was browsing sunandmoo.com the site looked nice at first. The products seemed cute and I was close to ordering something, but once I started looking at the prices, I kind of paused. For what the items were, they just felt higher than I expected, especially after I checked a few similar things on other sites and found cheaper options.

I get that some people might be fine paying a bit more if they really like something, but for me it didn’t feel totally fair. I ended up leaving without buying anything. The shop still has a nice vibe, but the pricing made it hard for me to justify placing an order.

I ordered this because the description seemed straightforward, which I guess is impressive considering how different the actual item turned out to be. The size wasn’t what I expected, and the material felt cheaper than it looked in the photos. To be fair, the listing did a great job making it look better than it is. If it had been more accurate, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Frustrating overall.

I had a good experience using the website. It was straightforward to get around, and the pages loaded without any issues on my end. I was able to find what I needed without having to click through a bunch of extra pages, which I appreciated. The layout is clean and simple, which works well for me. That said, a few sections could be a bit clearer, especially on the product pages where some details weren’t as easy to spot. I ordered this bracelet and loved how it looked when it first arrived. For the first week, it was really cute and I wore it a lot. But just recently the clasp started getting loose, and now that’s kind of all I can think about when I look at it. It might be fine if you only wear it once in a while, but I wouldn’t recommend it for everyday use...

"Easy checkout, just one small hiccup"
Checking out on Sunandmoo was smooth. At first I was relieved because the pages loaded without dragging, and my payment went through with no random error messages. Then I got a little annoyed because I had to go back once to double-check the shipping info, but it wasn’t a big deal. By the end I was happy it all worked fine. I just wish the order summary was a bit clearer before hitting pay.
